Drinkspotting: Pear Martini and Harvest Apple at Flying Fish

Tis the season…for seasonal cocktails! This time of year seems to bring us lots of new things to try and we love it!

Our friends Catherine V. and Lori W. recently stopped by the Flying Fish on Disney’s Boardwalk and sent along pics of their seasonal cocktail menu and a couple of the drinks.

All those sound pretty good, but the Autumn Pear Martini would top our list.

And with the temps dropping a bit here in Florida, a nice hot drink doesn’t sound like a bad idea either, so how about a Harvest Apple?

If you have a chance to stop by the Flying Fish and try any of these, we’d love to hear what you think!

  1. My husband & I recently enjoyed a drink called, “Heather and Honey Sidecar” when visiting Disney recently. We have found the ingredients to be: Dewars Highland Honey, St.Germain Elderflower, Agave & fresh lemon, but do not know the portions of each ingredient. Would it be possible for you to send us the recipe for this delicious drink? We have tried many websites but have not been successful. Thank you for your help>
