Happy Hour! Kungaloosh

Feeling a bit nostalgic today after yesterday’s Trader Sam’s post, so today’s Happy Hour is a blast from the past, by way of the Adventurers Club.

Here’s a recipe for a Kungaloosh, the signature drink of the Adventurers Club.  I say “A” recipe, because there was more than one version over the years.   At some point, they switched to the “Kungaloosh machine” but this was the recipe used to make the single drink prior to that I believe.

5/8 oz. Captain Morgan Rum

5/8 oz. Bacardi Light Rum

3/4 oz.  Blackberry Brandy

2 oz. Strawberry Daiquiri Mix

2 oz. Orange Juice

Fill a blender with ice.  Pour ingredients in blender and blend.  Pour into serving glass and garnish with whipped cream, orange wedge and a cherry.
