Happy Hour! Grandma’s Picnic Punch

I’m at Walt Disney World right now, and this drink is definitely on my “to-drink” list for the weekend so today seems the perfect time to do a Happy Hour version.   It’s Grandma’s Picnic Punch from the Tune In Lounge.

Grandma's Picnic Punch

The one I had at Tune-In, pictured above, appeared to be in a 10.5 oz. Collins glass.  To make a home version, fill a glass with ice and then add:

2 oz Vodka

1 oz Peach Schnapps

1 oz Cream de Cassis

Top with equal parts pomegranate lemonade (Disney probably uses Minute Maid as it’s a Coke product) and pineapple juice

I’d like to thank Bartender Kate again for all her help with the home versions of the Walt Disney World cocktail recipes and also mention she has just started her own blog at www.KateKeen.com where she’ll be talking about drinks, bartending, vegan cooking, and life in general.   Be sure to stop by and check it out!
